Walking
Tonight, June 24 around 7pm, Liam found the courage to walk without help. Just a week over my 14 month deadline. Liam has been walking for over a month with a hand secured to a finger, he just lacked the confidence to go it alone. (I'm not counting the step or two he has previously taken)
He was so excited that it was difficult to settle him down to read a book before bed, Liam instead just wanted to practice his new skill.
Now he needs to figure out how to stand up by himself, without pulling himself up on something.

After a couple of weeks of this and Liam getting real good at it, you will wish your goal for walking would have been 18 months or so.
Yay Liam! I love how he was so excited about it. My boys watched the video clip several times to see cousin Liam walk. :-)
